As a rule the ACMHN does not refund membership fees.  A member may resign at any time in writing to the membership team. Membership fees are due annually and individuals are liable to pay the annual subscription fee in full or by making monthly/forthrightly payments, as such these will not normally be refunded.

Instances where it is considered acceptable for a refund to be administered include:

  • Identified overpayments
  • An error has been made by the ACMHN
  • Exceptional circumstances supported by documentation

Please refer to clauses 5.3 to 5.7 of the ACMHN Constitution for further information on membership application and annual membership fees.
